The Lakeside Energy management team is primarily comprised of senior managers from Primary Energy Ventures LLC, a former ASCP portfolio company that through the acquisition of a portfolio of 14 generation and energy assets, grew from a start-up company into an operating energy business with an enterprise value of approximately $1 billion.
