Matthew Lebaron

Chairman of the Board
Managing Director – American Securities

Mr. LeBaron is a Managing Director at American Securities and joined the firm in 1999 after completing his MBA. Previously, Mr. LeBaron was a private equity investor at Bain Capital, Inc. and a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. During business school, Mr. LeBaron helped establish ICV Partners, a fund affiliated with ASCP.

Mr. LeBaron is Chairman of the Board of Lakeside Energy, FiberMark, Liberty Tire Recycling, Delphi Midstream Partners, General Chemical, GT Technologies, and United Central Industrial Supply Company, LLC and is a director of Oreck Manufacturing Company.

He received a BA magna cum laude in Economics from Amherst College and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Michael Fisch

President & CEO – American Securities

Mr. Fisch became President of American Securities Capital Partners upon its founding in 1994. He is a managing member of ASCP and the associated American Securities Partners’ series of private equity funds which have combined committed capital of over $4.0 billion. Before founding American Securities, Mr. Fisch was a financial advisor to the William Rosenwald family in 1993, a partner in two private equity funds, a consultant in the Paris office of Bain & Company and a professional in the Mergers and Acquisitions department of Goldman, Sachs & Co.

Michael Fisch has authored a number of articles; lectured at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business; and appeared as a guest on national television programs; all on private equity and investing. Mr. Fisch received a BA cum laude from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford University.

Scott Wolff

Principal – American Securities

Mr. Wolff joined American Securities (AS) in 2002 as a Senior Associate. Previously he was with Merrill Lynch, where he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, focusing on a variety of industries including consumer products, food, packaging and automotive since 2000. He left American Securities in 2004 to attend the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. Mr. Wolff rejoined AS upon receiving his MBA in 2006. He also received a BS with distinction in Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. Mr. Wolff is a director of Lakeside Energy, LLC, MECS, ASP Westward, General Chemical and GT Technologies.

William Rockford

Director – TECO Energy
Formerly President – Primary Energy and

Managing Director – JP Morgan Chase

Mr. Rockford was President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Primary Energy. Mr. Rockford has twenty-eight years experience in providing senior capital, corporate finance, start-up capital, project finance and merger and acquisition advice to the traditional utility and independent power industry. In 2000, Mr. Rockford retired from The Chase Manhattan Bank after twenty-eight years of service and joined Primary Energy. During his last fifteen years at Chase, Mr. Rockford was Managing Director responsible for the Global Power, Project Finance and Environmental Group. Mr. Rockford serves on the Board of Directors of TECO Energy Inc., a Fortune 500 diversified energy company. Mr. Rockford received his Masters of Arts in Economics from Fordham University, New York, NY in 1972 and his Bachelors of Arts from Fordham University, New York, NY in 1967.
