CHICAGO, IL and NEW YORK, NY–(Marketwire – July 15, 2009) – American Securities and Lakeside Energy today announce that Frank A. Napolitano has joined Lakeside Energy as President & Director. Mr. Napolitano spent nearly 11 years at Lehman Brothers where he was most recently Managing Director and Global Head of Commodities Sales & Origination, which followed his serving as Managing Director and Co-Head of the Global Power industry group. Prior to Lehman Brothers, Mr. Napolitano was with Chase Manhattan Bank in the Global Power and Project Finance group. During his collective investment banking career, Mr. Napolitano held increasing leadership, management and business development responsibilities in the specialty areas of project finance, corporate finance, capital markets, M&A, commodities trading and principal investing.

Prior to his dedicated focus within power and energy investment banking, Mr. Napolitano gained valuable related industry experience across the energy value chain, including the domestic natural gas marketing segment with Norstar Energy (Shell Gas Trading), the international integrated petroleum segment with Amerada Hess Corporation, the electric/gas/steam integrated utility segment with Consolidated Edison, the gas distribution segment with KeySpan/BUG and the civil construction segment with Woodward-Clyde.

In addition to an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the NYU Stern School, Mr. Napolitano received both the Master and Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Mechanical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, where he serves as a member of the Engineering Advisory Board. He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the Pi Phi Chapter of the Pi Tau Sigma (M.E.) National Honor Society. Mr. Napolitano is also a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of New York and holds SEC registrations for Series 3, 7, 24 and 63.
