Christopher Fanella

Senior Vice President  

Mr. Fanella is responsible for initiating investment opportunities, structuring acquisitions, coordinating due diligence and arranging debt financings.  Mr. Fanella also serves on the board of directors of InEnTec Chemical LLC. 

Prior to joining Lakeside Energy in 2007, Mr. Fanella served as Vice President of Finance at Primary Energy where his responsibilities included the identification, structuring and execution of all capital transactions. In this role, Mr. Fanella helped raise over $850 million of capital in the private and public debt and equity markets. Mr. Fanella also was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the financial community, equity research analysts and credit rating agencies. Prior to joining Primary Energy, Mr. Fanella worked in the Global Industrial and Services Group at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Mr. Fanella graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame.
